Valiant Technology was founded in 2002 by four friends with a dream of providing proactive tech support and managed services for New York’s creative community. Rather than focusing on one technology platform or vendor, we reversed the typical equation and decided to put our customers first and then find the best solution to their tech problems, rather than force-feeding our customers our preferred widgets. Unlike your typical tech guys, we actually listen to what you want to do, figure out what you need to do it, and make sure you get it done for a price within your budget.

Find and GET VALIANT!

We are dedicated to proving that the right technology can help small business achieve big goals.

In the 12 years that Tom has been providing technical support, Tom has discovered that he most enjoys proactively preventing disasters, rather than scooping up the pieces after a disaster. Also, with a bachelor’s degree in Education from Queens College, Tom is happy to put his student loans to work training his customers to be more effective computer users. Equally skilled in the Macintosh and Windows world, Tom is happy to support any technology his clients bring to the table. Tom is also proud to be one of the authors of the Mac OS X Bible, and a contributing author to Financial Advisor Magazine.  Tom has also recently lectured at the AIA for the New Practices Workshop.
