How fast are your response times?
In Manhattan, we can arrive on-site within 4 hours. Call our office, even if we're not there, our voicemail is sent to everyone on the team via email, so we get them right away!

What are your refund/return policies?
With all of our repairs, we have a 48 hour "make it right" policy. If we repair a system, we expect you'll get to work on it right away, and let us know if there are still problems. Let us know within 48 hours, and we'll come back and fix it FREE! All equipment (hardware) can be returned within 10 business days. (For refund, all packing materials must be returned as well. a 20% opened box fee will be charged on all opened packages. Equipment with missing/damaged packaging cannot be accepted.) Software is not returnable, as manufacturers typically will not accept the returned item.
