If you want to avoid crashes, freezes, data loss and other nasty problems, our pre-paid blocks of time are ideal. Under a pre-pay, we monitor your network, track software updates, and make sure your firm stays cutting edge. We also offer remote-repair, using LogMeIn Rescue, Windows Remote Desktop and Apple Remote Desktop. This saves you time and money, as we can fix many of your problems from our offices. A pre-paid block of time never expires, and unused portions are always refundable.
Pre-Pays:
Platinum - 100 hour (recommended for agencies of 25 and more) - $110 per hour
Gold - 50 hour (recommended for agencies of 5-25 people) - $125 per hour
Silver - 25 hour (recommended for sole-proprietorships up to 5 users) - $135 per hour |
The other option is to create an "emergency-only repair account". You'll still get our quick response to problems as they occur, but, this type of account is more expensive per hour, and we cannot add you to our software update system, nor to our network monitor, nor can we perform remote repairs.
Emergency Only:
$150 per hour, plus tax, COD. (credit cards accepted)
